Refund & Return Policy

At Valentina Spa, we aim to provide a relaxing and satisfying experience to every client.
This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling may be accepted.


1. Service-Based Business

Valentina Spa provides spa and massage services, which are non-tangible and non-returnable.
Since services cannot be returned, refunds are subject to the conditions listed below.


2. Cancellation Policy

a. Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Appointments may be cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made within the allowed time may qualify for free rescheduling or full refund (if prepaid).

b. Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations within less than 2 hours may not qualify for a refund.
  • A cancellation fee may apply based on the service booked.

c. No-Show Policy

  • If a client does not arrive for their appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
  • Rescheduling will not be available for missed appointments.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your appointment one time at no additional cost if requested at least 2 hours in advance.
  • Repeated rescheduling may incur additional charges.

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

a. Service Not Provided

If the therapist or staff is unavailable and we cannot provide the service, you may request:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free reschedule

b. Wrong or Duplicate Booking

If you accidentally book the wrong service or duplicate booking, notify us within 1 hour for correction or refund.

c. Unsatisfactory Experience

We value your feedback.
If you are unhappy with your service, you may contact us within 24 hours of the appointment.
Refund decisions for service dissatisfaction are handled case-by-case and not guaranteed, since results vary by individual.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after the service is completed
  • You arrived late, reducing the session time
  • No-show for your appointment
  • Misconduct or violation of spa policies
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations not aligned with service description

6. Prepaid Services & Packages

  • Prepaid packages, offers, or discounted plans are non-refundable after purchase.
  • Remaining sessions (if any) may be rescheduled or transferred to another person with approval.

7. Processing Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed:

  • To the original payment method
  • Within 5–10 business days

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
